Welcome to Warrior Mentoring

Empowering Teens to Live Their Best Lives

We see a problem...

• 50% of American youth are battling mental illness.

• 1 in 10 Utah teenagers attempted suicide last year.

• 1 in 5 teenagers considered ending their own life.

• Today's youth have fewer friends, less purpose, and less support than any other generation.

We built the solution.

3 Things Teens Need to Thrive

Relatedness

We provide connections with Mentors who care, and who want above all for the teen to be happy and to live a healthy fulfilling life. The relationships our teens have with their mentors make all the difference for them in creating and then maintaining their desire to improve and grow.

Meaning

A true sense of meaning is more than having personal goals—it’s knowing your life meant something to others. It means using your strengths to make a difference, staying focused through challenges, and finding purpose beyond yourself. Our teens are challenged to think about others and their part in making the world a better place.

Mental Health Skills

Caring for your mental health means paying attention to your inner world—your thoughts, feelings, and stress levels. It’s learning to ask for help, manage emotions, and build habits that protect your well-being. Our teens learn the skills and psychology behind living a fulfilling and fruitful life.

The Warrior Program

We use a medieval warrior theme for our teens, because we think that fun is motivating. We use ranks from Page to Grandmaster to encourage the teens to do their work at home and get the most they can out of the program.

Group of Friends

Our groups meet once a week and teens report to their peers on their progress with their self-development homework. The mentor will then teach a self-development principle or lead the group in a skill building simulation or game.

Helping Hand

In this format teens have a call with their mentor once a week. They discuss the teen's life and goals, the teen's progress with their self-development homework, and then the mentor teaches a self-development principle.

Camp Fire

We help teens to have transformative growing experiences, build friendships, and deepen bonds through intense all day simulations, group games, and character workshops

Testimonials

See for Yourself

Your mentoring has helped me to see that I can do more than I ever thought I could, and to think bigger than I ever would have thought. And I really appreciate that you were always there to support me and help me.

 Cody

After a call with you I am motivated and inspired to go to work. You are providing a real resource and I don't like wasting resources.

 Sam

The Mentoring helps me do hard things, and to be more open as a person.

Trevan

(My mentor) met me where I was at and helped me set personal and realistic goals, and he helped me grow in all aspects of my life. (My Mentor's) passion for life is so contagious. We called once a week and I really looked forward to it because our conversations were fantastic and he gave me a more grounded and motivated mindset after every call.
