Empowering Teens to Live Their Best Lives

Why Warrior Mentoring?

We help our warrior teens develop long lasting friendships, self-confidence, emotional intelligence skills, and the drive to do hard things. Today's youth have fewer friends, less purpose, and less community support than any other generation. We're on a mission to change that.

Leadership Group Meetings

Peer Discussions

Our discussions include a weekly check-in where peers hold each other accountable to their goals and provide support in their endeavors.

Discussions also provide a rare safe place for teens to open up about personal difficulties to receive peer support, guidance, and encouragement.

Skill Building

Our skill building sessions focus on three main topics--relational skills, character education, and emotional regulation skills.

Each topic provides teens with applicable and valuable tools and skills, essential for building strong relationships, finding meaning in life, and navigating life's many challenges.

Leadership Games

Teens learn best when they're having fun, so at least half of each meeting will be filled with lighthearted challenges and leadership games. Teens will face the real-time difficulties of working with others under pressure. They'll learn how to delegate, trust, communicate, and handle novel problems with excitement and creativity.

Friendships are strengthened and skills are practiced as teens try to get their team mates out of prison before the time runs out, build the tallest tower out of spaghetti noodles and marshmallows, and identify the hidden assassin in their midst before they kill the king.

Your mentoring has helped me to see that I can do more than I ever thought I could, and to think bigger than I ever would have thought. And I really appreciate that you were always there to support me and help me.
